An arrangement or purchase is not binding upon Coastal Cremations until it is accepted; Coastal Cremations must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) or services ordered is due prior to any cremation arrangements or shipping of product. Customer can make payment by credit card. Please be aware no service will take place until payment is received.

FINAL SALES RETURN POLICY
This is our Final Sales Return Policy. Upon completion of cremation arrangements or placing cremated remains in products there are no refunds. However, if there are services or items that were not used after your purchase those items will be credited.

Product Revisions
Coastal Cremations is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, Coastal Cremations puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our Website to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes, but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations in products, items being removed from product line and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer.

Shipping Policy
It is our policy to only mail cremated remains in a mailing urn or one of suitable for shipping. Cremated remains will not be mailed in a temporary container. We will mail by the U.S. Postal Service Registered Mail only. For cost see the General Price List.
