Michaela Ann Bullock
May 2, 1952 - September 24, 2019

Michaela (Mickey) Bullock, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 24, 2019, surrounded by her family.  Mickey was born May 2, 1952 in Beaufort, SC. She is survived by eldest son Keith Bullock, Grandchildren Kally, Kasey, and Elena Bullock. Daughter of Lois Burdeau. Mickey is the eldest of nine. Sisters are Debbie Hemby, Brenda Padgett, Donna Baynard, Mary Eller, Tracey Hoffman, and Andrea Malthouse. Brothers are Russell Burdeau and Steve Burdeau. She also has many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Predeceased by her youngest son John Bullock and father Donald Burdeau. Mickey was a very caring and giving person. She was an EMT instructor by trade and dedicated so much of her time volunteering as a member of both Leland and Navassa rescue squad where she served as chief for many years. She was responsible for the training of many Brunswick County top emergency personnel who still serve our area today. Her world was dedicated to loving and caring for her sons, family, and her friends. Later in life her main focus were her grandchildren, which she loved spending time, playing games, and sharing life lessons. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bullock family or Elah Baptist Church. Coastal Cremations & Funeral Care of Wilmington will be serving the Bullock family.
