Agnes Pierce
October 15, 1934 - November 26, 2021

Agnes “Aggie” Banks Pierce, 87, of Richlands, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2021. A native of Pink Hill, she was born to the late Tobe Banks and Julia Quinn Banks. Before retiring, she enjoyed working at Stanadyne where she loved her co-workers like family. Aggie loved talking to people, she loved to love people and if she loved you, it was with her whole heart. She enjoyed cooking, baking and planting flowers. She was very supportive of the United States Military having traveled many places where duty called.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter and best friend, Faye Pierce; son, Randy Pierce; grandchildren, Shanee Obernesser and Shawn Jonas; and great-grandchildren, Kaleigh Schroeder and Damian Myhaver.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe O. Pierce and sister, Irene Pigman.

A gathering for family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the home of her daughter, Faye Pierce.

To know Agnes is to know how much she cherished and loved her grandbabies and her animals.

    Faye & Randy, I am so very sorry to hear of Aggie’s passing. She was definitely one of a kind. I have so many wonderful memories with her, including her directing mine & Dale’s wedding.

    Sending my condolences to the Family/ many friends and all others connected to Aggie! So many wonderful memories of Aggie being my Lead person at Stanadyne for so many years!..She was loved by all her co-workers from the Dyne..we WERE ALL LIKE FAMILY IN NOZZLES!!!..She definitely was a down right person that loved people for “who they were” unconditionally! Faye I know you will miss her, you and your Mom had a “sweet relationship “..you did for her as a daughter should until the end!! YOU ALL WILL BE IN MY PRAYERS.,BECAUSE THIS BEAUTIFUL SOUL WILL TRULY BE MISSED!!!God Bless the entire Family!!!

    Faye n Randy, I’m so sorry about Aggie. As you know she was like a mother to me n I loved her dearly. I will sure miss her. That smile, the way she would laugh. She was definitely one of a kind, n accepted n loved folks for who they were. I will never forget her n the many talks we shared. She’s definitely happy n well now. I love you both dearly.
